ok, ok.. i'm sincerely sorry for that last quiz.. it was evil and mean.. if it makes u feel any better i fell for it too.. but, here's the real true love quiz:

Love is patient: it never gives up, it perseveres, endures and is willing to wait (the NKJV states that love suffers long!)
Love is kind: it cares more for others than your own self
It does not envy: it does not want what it doesn't have
It does not boast: it knows what a treasure it has and is grateful for it
It is not proud: it is willing to be vulnerable
It is not rude: it is not forceful, manipulative, or selfish
It is not self-seeking: it looks to reflect the image of God
It is not easily angered: it accepts failures as opportunities to demonstrate the love of Christ
It keeps no records of wrongs: it forgives and reconciles hurt and disappointment
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth: it trusts in God's timing for transformation and the maturity to recognize His blessings when they come
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres: always is the key word here because...
Love never fails.
If you find someone that you do all these things for i think that's a pretty darn good indication that you're in l-o-v-e, say it with me now.. LOVE... one good thing to note is that love is an action.. it's not just a feeling you feel its something that you can't help but show. ; )
but again, what do i know?? don't trust me, trust God and His Word..
and if you're single, this doesn't just have to apply to your significant other or potential future spouse.. the apostle Paul wrote this, and he was never married! in fact, the passage before this he was addressing the body of Christ, living and working together among their differences in UNITY for Christ (and i really believe this can only happen through love)...
These 3 things remain: faith, hope, and love but the greatest of these is LOVE.. |
